📌 General Rules

1️⃣ Respect & Professionalism – Treat all members with courtesy and professionalism. Disrespect, harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

2️⃣ Relevant & Constructive Content – Keep discussions and job postings relevant to career opportunities, networking, and professional development.

3️⃣ No Spam or Self-Promotion – Sharing resources is encouraged, but excessive self-promotion, MLMs, or unrelated advertisements are not allowed.

4️⃣ Authenticity & Integrity – Provide accurate information in job postings, applications, and networking interactions. Misleading or fraudulent content will result in removal.

5️⃣ Confidentiality Matters – Do not share confidential, private, or sensitive job information unless you have permission.

6️⃣ Engage & Support the Network – This is a space to uplift SpelHouse alumni and students. Be generous with advice, referrals, and encouragement.

💼 Posting Guidelines

✅ Job Listings: Clearly include position title, company name, location (remote/in-person), and application instructions.
✅ Resume Sharing: If requesting referrals, share your resume and a brief summary of your experience and interests.
✅ Networking Requests: Be specific about what you’re looking for (e.g., industry connections, mentorship, informational interviews).
✅ Entrepreneurship & Business Posts: Allowed if they offer professional opportunities (e.g., hiring, partnerships, internships).

🚫 Not Allowed:
❌ Unverified job postings or vague “DM me for details” jobs
❌ Referral requests without relevant details
❌ Excessive promotional posts unrelated to career growth

📢 First-time offenses will receive a warning. Repeated violations may result in temporary suspension or removal from the platform.
